Little Women: a Modern Audio Drama was created in loving memory of Roland Sperry, Tom Campe Sr, and Theresa Miller.

This podcast is dedicated to Little Women fans everywhere, with love.

First and foremost, I of course want to thank the cast and crew for bearing with me as I figured this whole process out. It was an amazing learning experience. Allie, Camille, Kiely, and Amanda were especially generous with their time and flexible with their schedules and I’m forever grateful. The patience and compassion extended to me by everyone credited on this podcast made working on it a real joy.

Huge thanks to Julia and Clint Worthington, who not only worked on the project in creative capacities as the director and “John,” but also opened up their home to me and let me rehearse and record in their space. I’m very lucky to have you as friends.

Thanks to all my friends from the vast Flop House Podcast fan community for their invaluable feedback and opinions. Friends who helped develop and support the show include (but aren’t limited to!) Alex Haider-Winnett, Gena Radcliffe, Malcolm Nygard, John McCoy, Josh Hollis, Patrick Hamilton, Katrina Phillips, Bill O’Donnell, Molly Lenore Fischer, Brian Flynn, Tracy Tanoff, Caroline Fulford, and Michelle Sellars.

Thanks to the members of the Facebook groups Podhouse Flopcasters, Lady Pod Squad, and Just Busters for their help.

Thanks to my “other family” the Gafni-Kanes (AZMO) for being so supportive of my work on this show and uplifting me every step of the way.

Thanks to my “Bennet Sisters,” Emily Miller and Julie Mathieu-Hartsmith, for their constant support and helpful feedback. My love for you both was one of the many things that drew me to this project.

Thanks to Sammi— wait, I’m not sure “thanks” covers it! You’ve been such an amazing friend to me for a long time now. I’m forever grateful for your help, advice, and creative flair. You’re a one of a kind gem.

Thank you to all my friends and family, especially my grandmothers, Catharine Palcer Campe and Nona Sperry. My friends here in Chicago, including Sarah Hess, Jane Dempsey, Brenna O’Brien, and Zach Weiss, were powerful sources of encouragement and linked me to useful resources. My brother Ryan is so funny that he’s always challenging me to be funnier in my writing. My parents, Tom and Angie Campe, were my personal cheerleaders every step of the way, and I can’t imagine pulling this whole thing off without them. I love you forever, Mom and Dad! And thanks for that printer.

Last but certainly not least, thanks to my boyfriend, Zach Powers. In real life, Zach is much more the Gilbert Blythe to my Anne Shirley than the Laurie to my Jo, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I’m grateful to have a partner who takes my artistic endeavors seriously and will even collaborate with me on my work, just to help out. Zach was also very patient with me as I freaked out and panicked over various steps of the project, even buying me Chinese food or making me tea after a couple tearful conversations about the podcast. I hope we get the chance to work together again someday. “I do love you!”
